JOB TITLE: Franchise Sales & Marketing Manager

BRAND: Moe's



The Franchise Sales Lead Generation and Marketing Manager is responsible for representing the Moe’s brand and supporting the sales team with recruiting new franchise partners.  The position serves as a liaison between the sales team and all other departments within the brand.


  • Responsible for direct support of the Franchise Sales Team
    • Coordinate Mailings for Prospects
    • Input Deals for Approval
    • Research lead generation methods
    • Providing assets for Proposals
  • Manages the brands involvement in tradeshows and oversees all logistics
  • Responsible for maintenance of the franchise sales website(s) and SEM
  • Responsible for all sales publication print advertising
  • Responsible for maintaining inventories of brand collateral and sales related “swag”
  • Responsible for all aspects of prospect Discovery Days (Tryathalons)
  • Assist with local PR efforts as needed
  • Manage the franchise sales marketing budget
  • Manage development of all brand sales collateral
  • Coordinate award submissions for industry publications


  • Three to five years relevant work experience
  • College degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 60% and flexible to work weekends
  • Able to multi –task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Results oriented, self-starter, self-motivated with limited supervision needed
  • Team player with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Creative
  • Strong ethics and integrity and able to build relationships with associates and franchise partners
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
